River House, Peppermint Grove
This house was a high-end residential project with a premium standard of architectural design. Allied Air worked on the design of the mechanical services systems from concept stage. This included a three-pipe VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system. This is concealed yet still remains accessible and efficient.
The temperature inside the home can be controlled to exacting standards. Concealed air conditioning grills are used throughout the home. There is an innovative concealed control system. This can be accessed from inside and outside the home.
